Job Purpose / Role: Responsible for monitoring all activities around Strategic Stock. RO will be the communication bridge in between Supply Chain, IT, Commercial and Operations to maintain the right stock level, manage orders and maintenance of items in the system.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Supply Chain, IT, Commercial and Operations to create the base monitoring and maintenance of Strategic Stock.
• Coordinate cross- departmental actions for managing Strategic Stock cycle.
• Works with IT to maintain the right information in the system as well as monitoring the stock levels by category.
• Monitors the level of Strategic Stock and pending orders on daily basis and prepares the orders with Commercial team.
• Blocks/Unblocks products ordering status for Strategic Stock in the system on relevant timings.
• Anticipating seasonality and future needs along side with Commercial and aim to consolidate suppliers and products.

Qualifications:

• BSC/BA in economics, Finance, Accounting or Business faculties.
• Excellent in English and Arabic is a plus.
