Al Meera Consumer Goods Company (Q.S.C.),is taking part in the Qatar Career Fair and this participation is derived from the embedded philosophy of actively seeking ambitious Qataris to join them in their ever-growing organization.

By participating in the Qatar Career Fair, Al Meera aims to contribute to the goals of the National Vision, especially with regards to Human Development.

The success of Al Meera’s participation at the earlier Qatar Career Fair can be measured with the large number of students and graduates who flocked to the company’s stand, and submitted job applications wishing to pursue a career at Al Meera.

One such example is that of Ms. Amal Ahmed Al Kuwari – Al Meera Human Resources Manager. At the Qatar Career Fair 2012, Ms. Amal Al Kuwari visited the Al Meera stand where the company’s Human Resources department was on hand to answer all her questions and offer an exciting career with Al Meera.

In the words of Ms. AmalAl Kuwari, “During Qatar Career Fair 2012, I visited several company stands and submitted my resume. I was optimistic of getting a call from these companies, however, it was the response best and fastest response I got was from Al Meera that contacted me and scheduled a meeting with senior company officials.” and added “during my one year of employment in Al Meera I have been promoted from Recruitment Head to Human Resources Manager, this came as part of the company’s effort and commitment not just to hire Qataris but to go the extra mile of investing in their development and increasing their capacity as long as they have the potential and the passion to grow into leading roles in the company.” 

Following her meeting with Dr. Qahtani and her subsequent interview s with company officials, Ms. Amal Al Kuwari was asked to submit her credentials to complete her employment process.

Ms. Amal Al Kuwari finally joined in Al Meera in the capacity of HR Manger and continues to do so till date.

From her previous experience at the Qatar Career Fair 2012, Ms. Amal Al Kuwari will take guard of Al Meera’s stand at this year’s Qatar Career Fair and will reach out to Qatari talents and youth to help them fulfill their ambition and work for well-established company

This year Al Meera joins Qatar Career Fair with more than 50 vacancies on all hiring levels in the company from Directors, Managers to middle management and staff.

Qatar Career Fair, was established in 2007 is an annual exhibition and forum that provides education and employment opportunities for students at secondary and graduate levels as well as for fresh graduates, through the country’s major institutions. Qatar Career Fair is also a national project that supports the human development pillar of Qatar National Vision 2030.
