Job Descriptions:

• Working in the Application Systems team, supporting a variety of existing and new business applications, including new deployments of ERP and other related applications. 
• Supporting over 50 locations and H.O team across QATAR, actively involved in developing; testing and implementation of new solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems; business and logistics software, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of supporting business solutions such as – ERP Modules (Inventory; procurement; warehousing; logistics; store functions; financials and Retail POS solutions).
• Strong skills in SQL; Business and Retail - POS solutions advantageous.
• Responsible for responding to application support escalations which involve troubleshooting moderate technical issues and resolving data/configuration issues.
• Day by Day foresight to anticipate and address potential issues before they become issues.
• Strong analytical skills; attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are essential.
• Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained.
• Ensuring all issues are handled in a timely manner.
• Reviewing outstanding issues, ensuring users are kept informed of progress.
• Assisting with issues resulting from ERP maintenance activities
• This role is hands on and will include Out of Hours 24x7 support on scheduled basis.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills: 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent from a recognized and reputed institute
• Certifications relevant to job activities (optional)

Experience:  

• Total Experience: 5 - 7 years similar role of business support.
• Relevant Experience: Min. 4 years
• Industry Experience: Retail industry experience would be a plus.
