Return Policy

Al Meera Exchange & Return Policy

Refund and Exchange Policy is subject to the terms of the law number (8) for the year 2008 and its updates.

Items purchased at Al Meera

To exchange or return any item purchased at a Al Meera store, the item must be returned to the Store where the original purchase was made. 


Exchange and Return Period

  • Any item not defective, bought from Al Meera store can be exchanged & Refunded in 14 days. 
  • The item must be accompanied with a receipt proving the purchase. 
  • Products must be in its original packaging complete with all accessories and instruction manual. 
  • There must be no damage to the packaging. 
  • Any item found defective after 14 days period will be sent to distributor to be repaired under manufactures warranty. 


Non-Returnable Items

  • Frozen & perishable items once taken outside the store.
  • Certain cosmetic items such as deodorants, creams etc 
  • Underwear and swimwear  
  • Pre-paid cards if opened
  • Personal care items such as Shavers, Hair clippers, trimmers and all body care items if used.
  • Consumable items such as batteries, printer cartridges, memory cards, software including anti-virus software and games if used. 
  • Terms that are damaged or abused or modified in any way.
  • Misused items such as incorrect voltage connection ect.
  • Items that have missing accessories, such as remote controls, cords and cables.

All Electronic items sold by Al Meera are covered by a one year Manufacturer’s warranty with the Exception of the following:

Accessories, parts, loss of data & software, misuse, damaged caused by transportation, storage conditions and any modification made to the product.
