Al Meera Consumer Goods Company announced the intends to explore a potential indirect acquisition of the entire share capital Spinneys Qatar WLL (a limited liability company registered in the State of Qatar under commercial registration number 40500) through Al Meera Holding LLC, a limited liability company holding commercial registration number 51627, 99% the shares of which are owned by Al Meera.

In this regard, Al Meera has entered into a non-binding letter of intent under which contains certain key details of the potential acquisition.‎ 

Al Meera shall now undertake the due diligence exercise in connection with the potential acquisition.
