Job Purpose / Role: Representative of the Company to execute cash & carry business of the company
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing customers in government sector and HORECA to discuss their needs.
- Help customers select products to meet customers’ needs, product specifications, and regulations.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing.
- Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and
- To answer any questions or concerns they might have.
- Possess a can- do, positive attitude and enjoy working as a part of a dynamic team.
- Foster teamwork and a collaborative working environment across the whole organization.
- Proactively support to identify new business opportunities, if any opportunities for future work are identified, ensure these opportunities are communicated to a relevant senior colleague of the client if appropriate.
Key Interactions:
Internal:
- Commercial, Operation, IT, HR, Finance Managers, Cash & Carry new Store Manager
External:
- HORECA Purchase Managers, Chef, Government Organizations, wholesalers, Small Independent Stores, Private Companies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Outstanding knowledge and experience of Wholesale Management and HORECA
- Outstanding understanding of Business
- Excellent functional knowledge
- Outstanding alertness
- Excellent emotional intelligence
- Excellent proactivity
Experience:
- Proven experience as wholesaler or similar role
- Solid knowledge of sales principles
- Proficient in MS office
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong /excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent in business English and Arabic.
