Al Meera Consumer Goods Company Q.S.C. (“Al Meera CGC”) announces that its subsidiaries, Al Meera Holding Company (“Al Meera Holding”) and Al Meera Development Company LLC (“Al Meera Development”, and, together with Al Meera Holding, the “Sellers”) intends to transfer a 49% stake in Al Oumara Bakeries Company LLC (“Al Oumara”) to Qatar Quality Food LLC (the “Purchaser”) for a purchase price of Qatari Riyal three million (QAR 3,000,000).
