Al Meera Consumer Goods (QSC) announces the cancellation of the memorandum of understanding (MOU) which has been signed in Dec. 2012, with both REGENCY GROUP HOLDING WLL and ARAMEX INTERNATIONAL COURIER EXPRESS –QATAR, SPC for the purposes of entering (directly or through one of its subsidiaries) into a partnership/ JV to build, operate, promote and partner in a logistics facility and services business in the State of Qatar (the business) with a view of expanding it to the fullest potential in accordance with the terms of the MOU
