1. Make sure your QDB-supported enterprise meets our initial requirements, and we will then decide if you are considered as one of the SMEs. The products you wish to market at Al Meera stores should all be:
- Made/Manufactured in Qatar.
- Comply with Qatar standards in terms of ingredients and shelf life.
- Packaging clearly displays detailed ingredients, terms of use, nutrition facts, and barcode.
- Be priced competitively in accordance with the market analysis.
- Categorically fulfill the need to be purchased.
2. Prepare all required documents:
- Valid Commercial Registration.
- Computer Card.
- ID copy of the person authorized for signature.
3. Our procurement team will contact you to sign a fixed-term consignment contract – starting from the date of first delivery – with the following conditions:
- No cash investment is required for the consignment contract.
- A percentage of your products’ sales amount will be deducted from the payment, which will be carried out following a specific period.
- A part of this percentage will be refunded if Al Meera decides to delist your products following the evaluation period.
4. Claim your space. Al Meera will dedicate shelf space to display your products at its chosen branches, based on each branch’s space and layout.
5. You must guarantee that your enterprise will be able to deliver the products to the branches chosen by Al Meera, and ensure that your merchandisers will handle the display and replenishment of your items.
6. Following the evaluation period, your products’ sales will be analyzed according to specific criteria set by Al Meera.
7. Our procurement team will then inform you whether your enterprise will be listed with Al Meera under a local agreement (as per the terms and conditions of Al Meera), or will be delisted.
