Position Overview:

E-commerce Manager plays a crucial role in driving the online sales growth and success of our grocery e-commerce business. This position is responsible for developing and executing e­ commerce strategies, managing the online store operations, and leading a team of e­ commerce specialists. The E-commerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the operations team, to optimize the website's performance, analyze sales data, and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, management, strategic planning, team leadership, and effective communication with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the online s tore, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Lead a team of e-commerce specialists to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to communicate any changes, manage inventory levels, and coordinate logistics.
  • Analyze sales data, website metrics, and market trends to identify growth support unities and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other teams to implement new features and enhancements on the website.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPls) related to online traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Qualification, Certifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for e-commerce innovation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including the operations team, to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of changes.

Required Skills:

E-commerce Expertise:

  • Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to analyse sales data, website metrics, and customer behaviour.
